Orders
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, shipping is free for you. Problems with my order If you have any questions, you can always reach us by email: office@preafs.com. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I order by phone?
No, currently, you can only place orders online through our webshop.
Delivery
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Yes, once your item is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.
Can I track my delivery?
In your shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order.
How long does delivery take?
Due to high demand and our overseas shipping, delivery may take 10-16 working days.
My order is incomplete, what should I do?
If you ordered multiple items, they might be delivered separately. If you have only received part of your order, don't worry, the remaining products should arrive within the next few days. If your delivery remains incomplete, please email our customer service at office@preafs.com, letting us know which item is missing. Make sure to include your full name and order number in the email. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
